Returns:
- If you are unsatisfied with your order you may return your item within 14 days and request for a refund or an exchange.
- All orders are quality controlled before shipping however, a full refund will be made if the item has manufacturing defects.
- To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Product tag or any other security tag should remain intact as originally sent.
- Shipping fees paid for (European Union/ Rest of the World) deliveries will be non-refundable in case an item is returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charge incurred for returning an item back to us will be responsibility of the customer.
- We advice customers to return the items choosing a registered service with tracking number.
- We will not be held responsible, if the item sent back to us by the customer is misplaced, lost, damaged during transportation or is received by an anonymous third party.
- Refund or an exchange will not be processed until we have received the item in its original condition back from you.
- Exchange of an item will be subject to availability.
- Our returns and exchange policy expires in 14 days (starts from the day you receive the item).
- All claims received after the 14 days returns policy period will be rejected.
- Return of an item for a refund or an exchange will strictly be rejected if the above conditions are not met.
- To initiate a refund or an exchange, kindly fill in the form below within 14 days of receiving your item before sending it back to us.
- BAWA-G Fitness Training Plans: All training plans are services and not a particular product.
- BAWA-G Fitness Training Plans: All training plans will begin and end as per plan duration. No additional training time will be offered for a client’s ”No Show”.
- BAWA-G Fitness Training Plans: All training plans are non-changeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Funds will only be credited back to the original card used by the customer during the checkout process.
- Funds will be transferred to the same Bank Account in case the customer had chosen “Direct Bank Transfer” method of payment during the checkout process.
Late or missing refund:
It often takes few days for the bank to process a refund. Double check your bank account and contact your bank to inquire about the refund. If you still have not received the refund please email us immediately at: sales(at)bawa-g.com
